At the end of a long period of touring the :xy-band gave a concert as part of the Jazzwerkstatt Wien 2006. The live recording of this energetic concert provides a very good example of the awesome development of the band since their first cd in 2005. The tracks recorded at that time also provide the raw material for the second CD, „Blue Silk Remix“ on which, apart from fascinating tracks produced by Wolfgang Schiftner, Michael Hornek and Christof Dienz, high-class club acts such as Dephazz and Irina Karamarkovic also appear. A successful mix of club and artistic components which also includes a visual remix movie.
