but whatever happened to our viennese cuties since we last heard of them? after the collapse of the world of SIN - and not only the world of SIN - in bloody 2001 when there was nothing left to believe in mona and andy drifted apart and found themselves seperated, isolated and lonely. and so sad. they each had their own way of dealing with the pain and fighting despair(despair - the only sin the gods don´t forgive). while he drowned his sorrow as usual in overactivity she gave herself completely to perfecting her live as a human being - instead of a human doing.
in the end mona escaped her tiring stigmatizing status of being a legend in vienna by entering the dangerous anonymous world of exclusive international "connesseur" parties for the advanced in the fields of erotics. in those wild nights she learned to love the wicked powers of absinth - the stuff that reallyreally makes you forget. and sometimes in those nights she pushed the greedy girls and boys aside and gave in to the eerie honey-tunes in her head that came back to her hauntingly again and again.
one of these bizarre nights in venice of all places with one of those supercheesy masks on her face (cause why the fuck not after all) she played the game of the round-dance of lust entranced by that green liquid that had inspired adventurers like byron and the shelleys before her. suddenly she found herself in the arms of a man that didn´t feel strange at all. everything softened and her heart lit up and flowers shot to the skies. when she opened her eyes and drew the mask from the mans face she found good old andy holding her then slapping her and telling her to come home. "it´s time for another album, girl!" and off they went starting to write songs together again the very same night. they sounded like phoenix from the ashes.
so here are 10 new anthems for the depressed in a world of 21st century
heartache, loneliness, lust, loss, glorious moments and sehnsucht.

and if that wasn´t more than enough already mona and andy inspired their friends again to make their own versions of sin-songs. instead of paying strangers with big names that you´ve never even met they humbly received 8 pure labours of love from their remixers that left them sitting with open mouths and melted hearts.
among the remixers are worldwide superleague-players like ABE DUQUE´ or the sparkling MOPED2067 from vienna who´s leaving quite an impact on the city musically with his own project "korridor", or people who´s names you have never heared before like the tremendous MP/H from germany who managed to turn a hate song (erasure) into pure tenderness.
all these talents melt together in a perfect blend that adds another angle to the world of sin.
