A successful concert in ORF (Austrian Radio and Television) in Vienna on June 19th, 2004 during "The Long Night Of Music" inspired to produce a DVD in top quality with the original sound from Ö 1 (radio program). Accompanied by his daughter Sabine on the drums, who attained in the meanwhile absolute professional experience, the highlights of their perfect playing together on piano and drums are documented hereby. A wonderful drum-solo ("Karina's Boogie Woogie") as well as two titles on the "washboard" demonstrate Sabine's talent. For the fans of piano-blues "pure" are two solo numbers recorded, too.
Just in time to his 35th anniversary on stage in the year 2007 this DVD was released new on a CD, including 2 wonderful bonustracks "piano solo" ! |
